Please note that some items may not be eligible for a return, such as personalized items or final sale items, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and a return shipping label. Please attach the shipping label to the package and send it back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
Refunds (if applicable): We will process the refund within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that the refund will be for the item's purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees. If you didn't pay for shipping when you placed your order (Free shipping orders) the shipping cost and handling fees would be deducted from your initial payment before issuing the refund. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. We will send you an email to notify you once your return is received and inspected.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and the item you want to exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will provide you with a return authorization and a return shipping label. Please return the item to us, and we will send you the new item within 3 business days once we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return authorization and a return shipping label. Please send the item back to us, and we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
